During the sessions, you can expect to feel relaxed, safe and in control at all times. Many clients are surprised at just how aware they are of what’s being said, and how pleasant, easy and effective hypnotherapy is.

The therapeutic process is a bit like driving a car. As the client, you are in the driving seat, it’s your journey and you decide where you want to go. As the therapist, my role is a bit like that of a driving instructor, guiding you, to the routes that will get you to your destination, quickly, easily and safely.

You can always be sure of 100% professional, friendly approach, with all sessions being confidential.

Each session is approximately an hour long, confidential and cost £50. Every one is different, with their own individual needs, but on average you can expect to attend 3 to 6 sessions. We gauge your progress at each session, so you never have more than you need.
